  • CMS Hosting: PHP 8.3+, MySQL/MariaDB, SSH, Composer, cron jobs, 100 mailboxes and daily backups. The base price is 10 € net per month including 20 GB SSD storage. For online shops with heavy checkout load, Shop Hosting is the better fit.

  • Yes, both run flawlessly on the stack of PHP 8.3+, MySQL/MariaDB and Nginx or Apache; Composer and SSH are included. The same goes for Kirby, Contenido and many more PHP systems.

  • The servers are in Germany and the hosting is GDPR-compliant. It runs reliably with monitoring, daily backups and an uptime SLA of 99.5%. Every customer gets a data processing agreement, free of charge; you download it directly in your customer login.

  • We handle server and system updates proactively. Updates of the CMS core and extensions are not part of the hosting; you can book our maintenance for that.

  • Backups run daily and are kept for 30 days. Backup storage is separate and does not reduce your hosting storage. For a restore, contact our support.

  • Yes. Domains and subdomains are unlimited. You choose registration or transfer during checkout; details and prices are on the domains page.

  • From 10 € net per month plus VAT, including 20 GB SSD storage and no setup fee. You choose monthly, half-yearly or yearly billing and the monthly price stays the same and you pay the chosen period in advance. You can choose more storage when ordering, up to 2 TB.   • Yes. If the hosting does not suit you, you get your money back for the hosting part within 30 days of the first technical activation of the hosting. Domains are excluded. To claim it, tell us in the video meeting or email hello@vhug.tech.

  • Yes, on request. You have two options. First, we do the migration as a separate service for a one-time 60 € net plus VAT. How long your site is unavailable depends on the approach and is discussed in the meeting. Second, you move yourself. You get SSH, Composer and your own database, and in the free video meeting we explain step by step how that works.

  • Support runs by email and ticket. We usually reply on the same working day. There is no phone hotline. If you want to talk something through, you book a free video meeting.

  • The billing period you choose when you order (monthly, half-yearly or yearly) is also your contract term. The contract renews automatically for the same period. You cancel with 14 days notice to the end of the period. As a private customer you can cancel at any time after the first term with 14 days notice.
